Woodward Ave, Birmingham, MI Charles Andresen,  Green Scene , 2015 Chris Riddell,  Untitled , 2017 Reyes Projects  is pleased to present new work by New York-based artist  Charles Andresen ,   and Detroit-based artist  Chris Riddell , with two solo exhibitions opening  tonight, June 7th,  from  6-8 PM . Charles Andresen’s  Detroit Red , will decorate the upper level of the gallery, and Chris Riddell's  Lavender , the lower level. The two are quintessentially local American artists, legends in their own cities. Charles Andresen, who has spent twenty-five years working at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, was trained in the realist tradition but now practices biomorphic abstraction.
