President Bill Clinton to Deliver Second of Four Lectures at Georgetown on  April 30 WASHINGTON, DC -  Tomorrow , President Bill Clinton will give the second lecture in a historic series at Georgetown University that explores the people, events, lessons and guiding principles that have shaped his career in public service. President Clinton graduated from Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service in 1968. The topic of the  April 30  talk, part of The Clinton Lectures at Georgetown, will be "Policy" where President Clinton will discuss what approaches to public policy can be most effective in improving people's lives. At his last talk at Georgetown in April of 2013, President Clinton said that young people interested in public service should focus on four areas: people, policies, purpose, and politics. His third and fourth talks at the university will be about the latter two areas.
