Official Partner of Untitled Art, Vilebrequin, highlighting their extensive artist collaborations

                                                                                               For over 50 years and with a global presence in more than 62 countries, this fashion house has mastered the art of living in the sun with its luxury swimwear, clothing, and accessories. And when fashion and art meet on the beach, you find an intersection that pushes the boundaries of creativity. That intersection finds itself this year on the sands of Miami Beach, as we introduce you to  Vilebrequin ,  one of the Official Partners of Untitled Art, Miami Beach 2022 . Installation view of pieces created in collaboration with contemporary artist Kenny Scharf, as part of Vilebrequin's partnership with JRP | Editions. In 2015, Vilebrequin began collaborating with artists on swimsuit designs— One notable mention is  Derrick Adams , a Brooklyn-based artist whose renowned  Floater  series launched as limited-edition swim shorts in 2020. Q. What is your nationality? A. His Mother is Panamanian and his father is from St Thomas. He was born in the Bronx, New York. Q. What do you love about your craft? A. The freedom of expression through tangible items, clothes. his suits and the color of his suits Q. Has this been something that you have always wanted to do? A. He came from humble beginnings his parents weren’t able to provide everything he wanted, so he started shopping in thrift stores. He was forced to be creative because in New York to be looked at as one of the cool kids you have to wear a certain amount of money on your body. That pressure of the city affected him in a positive way because he was able to take the pressure of that life and create his Business that he is currently building.
