Life seems to change so much during the time span that we are given to live and reside on this planet. There is so much that evolves; evolving for some means going backwards. While everywhere else in the world seem to be updating and changing, the united states always seems to go back in time (Sweet thoughts of Nostalgia). So much has not change within this country and within the democracy of this country. The things that were fought for as far as rights of women to terminate a pregnancy with Roe V. Wade. This right has been revisited within the supreme court and over turned. The abortion laws and the legality of abortions was subjected to state laws in 1973 with the Roe V. Wade case that was fought and won. The year 1992 it became federally legal to have an abortion: Planned ParentHood vs. Casey fought so that they could not put anything in the way of stopping a woman from terminating her pregnancy due to privacy and freedom.
