Senate Republicans, backed by President Trump, blew up the filibuster to make way for Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, Judge Neil Gorsuch, who was sworn in today. What better revenge than blowing up Trump in turn, in the form of a giant, inflatable rat?
An enduring symbol of resistance and ridicule familiar to anyone who’s walked the streets of New York City, the giant inflatable rat has a new face: the president’s. Join BravinLee Programs in thumbing your nose at the Rat-in-Chief by contributing, via Kickstarter, to a new public demonstration of contempt: Trumpy the Rat.

Designed by Jeffrey Beebe, the 15-foot-tall inflatable rat will be placed as close as possible to Trump Tower in Manhattan, a symbol of disgust and ridicule for all to see. The longer-term goal is to form the Public Display of Disaffection Political Action Committee (PDDPAC). PDD-PAC will use the language and power of art to make resistance to the Trump regime more robust and visually engaging. If the project surpasses the fundraising goal of $10,000, they will just make more rats.

Join Karin Bravin and John Post Lee in ratting out President Trump by contributing to the project here. Funders will be invited to a launch picnic in New York City.
Trumpy the Rat is a labor of love (or, more accurately, disgust), and all funds raised will go towards the production of Trumpy.

Politics As Usual Or Is It?

                                                  As the fight for equality and justice continues, many have opinions on things that should take place during this time and through this era of life; with former President Trump facing his third indictment and Governor DeSantis loosing his backing and support from investors. It leaves most to wonder what is taking place in the political parties, there level of professionalism and the image that they portray to the citizens of this country. There is also the issues that are not being fully spoken about on news channels, issues such as current President Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden being under investigation for his ties in Ukraine and the damaging information that was found on his computer. The fact that it was said that he plead guilty to these charges that were brought against him in federal court about his business practices does not seem to touch the air ways in the manner that it should.
