Ending Week Four Of Sean Combs Trial!
This is the point of the trial where it has reached a significant space; many employees of Mr.Combs and friends for one of three Victims has testified and given their statements on the stand to convey their part of the story in order for the picture to develop for the jurors that are in the court room. Many are still confused as too why Mr. Combs is being charged with a R.I.C.O, however specific details about how he was able to develop his empire with help has been given. His accountant took to the stand and spoke about the years he has worked with Diddy; how finances were being moved through various accounts and even taken out of various accounts to pay people off. He spoke on how his work affected him and what kind of person Mr. Combs was; in the reality of it he was unable to say definitively that Diddy was a good person and a "stand up guy".
There were times in the court room when the defense continued to push the idea of a mistrial this week and the judge still ruled against it. In the last two weeks the defense has continued to push the issue of a mistrial in order to get the entire case thrown out due to testimonies that were given. It has also come to the attention of many that a majority of the witness that testified they have received immunity due to the role that they played in the empire of Mr.Combs, identifying that they took place in the participation and coverup of illegal activities that could land them in jail. The supervisor at the continental hotel from 2016 testified as well stating that they were paid $100,000 cash to give the video to P. Diddy, also speaking about how they were told to spend the money and the directions of what they should not do with the money they received, keep the cash and not deposit it into their accounts to spark any issue in the banking system showing the significantly large sum of money.
Cassie's friend testifies to being held over a balcony by Combs. There were many parts of her story that was questioned and brought fourth in the cross examination: specific parts of her lawsuit was brought up where she stated there was a sexual exchange with Combs, that was debunked to be a lie something that was exaggerated in her suit by her lawyers. There was a disruption in the court room as the judge took notice of Mr.combs behavior during specific testimonies; when he stares at the jurors and continually nods at them in various periods, where the cross examination took place. The Judge warned Mr. Combs if his behavior continues he will be removed from the court room and kept out of the trial. There was also a lady who disrupted the court in expression of standing with Combs and his legacy. She was Thrown out shortly after the disruption happened.
For his Victim Jane that took the stand she was able to express herself and tell her story about how she was a victim of Diddy and what it was like for her time with him. Her story seems to be similar to Cassie's with a few twist and behaviors that seemed concerning for many that was inside the court room listening to her testimony. In the mist of her testimony there were parts of the story that the defense will speak to as her being a willing participant, while they continue to push the narrative that the women whom were involved in these Sexual trafficking were willing and able even if the felt forced and coerced into acting out these behaviors.
