The Saga Continues Diddy Trial. Ending Week Two Of Trial!!!

As week two of Sean Combs trial comes to an end, there was much to unpack when it came to the trial and the witness that were called to the stand. Dawn Richard, along side Cassie's former friend, her mother, Kid Cudi, a former assistant of Mr. Combs, another sex worker and several others took to the stand to tell their story and speak about the experience that they can attest to with Cassie Ventura and Sean Combs very dangerous lifestyle. The trial has caused an uproar and many to enter into a frenzy especially within the podcast world and blog sites; they are concerned about the FBI's ability to find Mr. Combs guilty based on the information that is being given VIA social media platforms. The information that is being introduced to these platforms they are mostly addressing the "freak off's" that were set up in every destination that Diddy brought Cassie. There are news outlets and reporters whom are in the court room as well that are reporting other information and details of the case. Everyone's focal point when it comes to the case is quiet different. It was previously stated that there would be videos and other pictures that will be shown in the courtroom that media outlets will not have access to in order to keep the public away from specific details pertaining to this trial for the sake of the people who are involved. Thus retaining a form of privacy for the victims.

Personal opinion and public scrutiny is not what this case is truly based within as many may want to believe. This case is being trial and judge in the court by the jury who has to listen to the case that is being presented to them. At this point in the case the FBI has to establish what and who were truly apart of the empire that Mr. Combs was able to build in order for him to execute the things that he was able to execute. This speaks to his alias that he had when he would order his drugs, it also addresses the fact that people were sent to Kid Cudi's home to break in; it also speaks to his car the fact that it was blown up shortly after his home invasion took place, this addresses the control. Mr. Combs has and his capabilities. He never admitted to doing this criminal act in any space, however it does bring fourth the question of who was sent to get this accomplished? It does not exempt him from sending someone to get the mission accomplished. Addressing the major charge at hand! As the trial continue more information will present itself in order for the picture to become clear for those who does not seem to understand from the outside looking in.

There was also a call for dismissal of the case by Mr. Combs lawyer, by a question that was posed by the prosecutors. However the judge did deny the grounds for dismissal and decided to continue with the trial as planned. Presumptions does not equal to fact was the overall comment that the judge made on the grounds of demand for dismissal.
