North Carolina Not Wanting People To Vote!

It was said that two provisions passed by Republicans Controlled State Legislature were blocked. One was supposed to end same day voter registration during the early periods, the other was to prevent that votes outside of voter's precent from being counted. The state has said that the decision will be appealed in the U.S Supreme Court.

This was pointed out by the NAACP last year that these laws that they were trying to put into play, were intended to restrict the voting among people of color, students and the elders. 

When this was being argued one asked "why does the state of North Carolina does not want people to vote".

There are still ways being implemented to prevent a lot of voters from voting. They have cut the number of early voting days to just 10 also they are letting the poll offices decide if they should stay open late to accommodate citizens that get off of work late.

 Beside all of this the "Koch brothers "Americans for Prosperity" is being investigated by the state board of elections for mailing incorrect voting information to hundreds of thousands of North Carolina residents. The mailing included the wrong address for voters to return registration information, the wrong deadline for registering and other errors."

The states of Ohio and Wisconsin is also having the same issue. In Ohio they started early voting just hours after the ruling, also the poles close at 5.p.m. In Wisconsin they are making it mandatory for everyone to have the new voters I.D before they are allowed to vote. This is only affecting majority minority and students.

                                                          
The world is in a global change and we are clearly in the dark about a lot of things. Make sure you keep up with congress and all their bills that are being passed, not only because you want another black president to change things but mostly for yourself. Play your part in helping to prevent these laws from sneaking up on you.

Politics As Usual Or Is It?

                                                  As the fight for equality and justice continues, many have opinions on things that should take place during this time and through this era of life; with former President Trump facing his third indictment and Governor DeSantis loosing his backing and support from investors. It leaves most to wonder what is taking place in the political parties, there level of professionalism and the image that they portray to the citizens of this country. There is also the issues that are not being fully spoken about on news channels, issues such as current President Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden being under investigation for his ties in Ukraine and the damaging information that was found on his computer. The fact that it was said that he plead guilty to these charges that were brought against him in federal court about his business practices does not seem to touch the air ways in the manner that it should.
