Lips are definitely not taken serious enough. When it comes to you creating the right look with the right outfit lips can either make or break your outfit. You can be doing too much or you can be doing too little. If your not fond of lipstick I will advise you to not go too loud with the color, especially if your eye shadow or blush is loud as well it can absolutely kill the look you were going for and you wouldn't want that now. Would you? So my slogan is: The right lips can change anything. I say that because it usually does. The thing about New York is we are one of the fashion capitals in the world. When you think runway high fashion, you think the city that never sleeps. Well welcome to the concrete jungle where not everything goes but every fit is entitled to judgement day A.K.A fashion police and for those lips you will be judged.
