In the midst of all that is taking place in the United States of America, President Biden has sent Billions in Tax Payers money to Ukraine in contingence of them fighting a war. During this time there is a crisis for Federal workers getting compensated for their work and being able to keep their jobs and careers. So much things are happening within the United States; is there really funds that should be sent for war when the workers within the Federal Government is not receiving compensation for their performance within the work place?
