NADA Miami Beach Announces 2017 Exhibitor List  (NEW YORK — August 21, 2017) — The  New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA)  is proud to announce the exhibitor list for  NADA Miami Beach 2017 . "We are excited to present the exhibitors for the fifteenth edition of NADA Miami Beach and pleased to welcome an increased international presence, especially from Colombia, Germany and Poland, as well as 23 first-time exhibitors,” said  Heather Hubbs , NADA Executive Director. “NADA was founded to fill a void in the art world by providing a community where lesser-known international galleries, emerging artists, artist-run spaces, and both young and established galleries can co-exist. RENTAL GALLERY PRESENTS Tabitha Soren Artist Talk & Book Signing Monday, August 14, 4 PM 87 Newtown Lane, East Hampton, NY On Monday, August 14, at  4pm , Rental Gallery, in collaboration with the Aperture Foundation, is pleased to present an artist talk and book signing with Tabitha Soren, whose  Fantasy Life  was released this April to critical acclaim. In 2002, Soren first began photographing a group of minor league draft picks for the Oakland A’s—young men coming into the major league farm system straight from high school or college. Since then, she has followed the players through their baseball lives, an alternate reality of long bus rides, on-field injuries, friendships and marriages entered and exited, constant motion, and very hard work, often for very little return. The struggle is real, and it is every day, but because of these three I can keep going. Without them I have nothing to speak about, nothing to sell. For me selling art is not something that comes naturally. It is only because they give me a story to tell that I feel I need to pass it on. It is part of my service.
