What are some of your stress relievers when your upset, frustrated, livid, stressed out and or just overwhelmed? For me its a combination depending on my mood i would say music is number one, then comes the gym and yoga. Those things relax me more than you know. When you find things that helps you clear your mind your thoughts can run better. With yoga you learn to find your balance with breathing techniques and stretches that loosen your body. The breathing methods calm you and releases the bad energy from your body. With exercise you can take out all of the energy on the machines or your work out routine by the time you are done your body maybe tired but your mind is clear enough to think straight. With music you can relate to what's going on and relate to it before you know it your so far into the music that what took you out of your norm is no longer weighing as heavy as it it. Different methods work for different people. What is your zen?

So i re-discovered a Cubana Cafe today that i haven't been to in two years. Not your typical spanish restaurant. More of a hide away shack. The atmosphere is not noisy it is calm. The crew is very welcoming and the prices are affordable. It is located in the park slope area. The address is  80 6th Ave  Brooklyn, NY 11217  Park Slope, Prospect Heights. It is a very small and cozy place. The atmosphere is very inviting and their  plantain chips that they give you to snack on while you wait for your food and appetizers are very thin and delicious speaking of delicious try their strawberry mojito. Want to try something new this would be a good place.

What other place than DVF styles find pretty dresses and awesome frocks. This year try to go sheik with your wardrobe and add some zest and a few new items. No need to throw out your old things just jazz it up a bit with some new things. Remember vintage beats fashion any day. Also remember that being comfortable is still in play. You can be comfortable in heels as well as flats ladies. You just have to be mindful of the height on the heels. Pretty does not always have to hurt.

What are some of your favorite drinks? What alcoholic beverages does it for you? A few of my favorite drinks are cosmopolitan, Whisky sour, Scotch neat, Brooklyn nutcracker, red berry ciroc and cranberry, Screaming orgasm, perfect margarita, Help me i am falling, Fuck me running, mojito and of course i can not forget my fave blueberry mojito. The Blueberry mojito does it for me one of the best drinks i ever had hands down. It was made for me in the W Hotel, in the heart of time square. That was the first time it was made. It was my 23rd birthday and a few friends were waiting for me there it was after hours and the place was closing but we got to stay longer beyond closing hours. The young man didn't know what i wanted to drink so he had the bartender make something that wasn't on the drink list and i absolutely loved it. They are making it now i would definitely recommend it to everyone even the non drinkers. Awesome drink!

It is designed to perform a forum to hear from girls and women around the world. Moderated by actress and advocate america ferrera, girls: A no ceiling conversation will bring together girls to talk about their lives, experience, and hopes for the future. 

This is my first movie of the month review. I have been to the movies a few times for the month but i haven't written a review about any movie i have seen or even mentioned a movie. My movie pick for the month that is a must see is Captain America. I absolutely love this movie. The first one was good, but this one was even better a lot of action and it has a lot of great moments in it. From the ending you can tell their will be another feature that will be coming. Chris Evans which is one handsome guy fits this role so well. At this moment i do not think that they could have picked another blonde hair blue ken doll to play this role as he did. He played it so well you might think he was the original Captain America. Also to a great supporting cast members Samuel L Jackson, Sabastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Frank Grillo and Cobie Smolder. They also played their role in this movie to make it the action thriller that it is. So please head to the movie theatre and voice your opinion on
